Interact Club of College Park High School

The name Interact is a combination of the words international and action and thus emphasizes international service, creating overseas relationships and helping the disadvantaged worldwide. Interact is a service club for teens aged 12-18 that works with and for the community through various events, service projects, and fundraisers. Interact clubs are sponsored by their individual Rotary clubs, which provide support and guidance; but, Interact clubs are entirely self-governed through club-elected officers and self-supported by individual fundraisers.

The Rotary Club of Pleasant Hill is VERY proud of our Interact club! These talented and committed teenagers engage in a number of service events and social events to strengthen our communities both within their club and also in Pleasant Hill. They also attend a number of district-wide events in order to meet other Interactors from clubs all over District 5160 (Northern California).

Graduation May 2022

Pleasant Hill Rotary Club is so very proud of the VERY active Interact Club that they started and sponsor at College Park High School. At their graduation, senior Interactors were wearing special Rotary Interact sashes. Pictured are Annika Altman, Finnegan Szakats, Diego Karlin, Kaleena Fowler, Kelly Valdez, Isabella Alviz, and Kayla Usedom, seven of the eleven Interactors who graduated this year.
